The Lawyer
Riesling - Mosel - 2019
The Lawyer is Florian's tribute to Riesling from the Mosel Valley. The grapes were cultivated on the steep slate slopes of the "Reiler Mullay-Hofberg". A minimal intervention winemaking style has created a dry Riesling with nice acidity and yellow fruit aromas. The wine was aged 14 months on lees which gives some complexity and yeasty aromas. The wine contains only a small dose of sulphur.
The Journalist
Pinot Noir - Mittelrhein - 2019
The Journalist is Martin's great interpretation of a cool climate Pinot Noir. An elegant dry red wine full of red fruits, fresh acidity and smooth tannins with a finishing touch of one year of barrel aging. The result is advanced storytelling in a bottle.
The Investor
CARIGNAN - Languedoc
The Investor is a great example for Stéphane's idea of minimal intervention winemaking. An organic red wine of Carignan with minimum added sulfites, expressing the full potential of the terroir of Languedoc.
