Florian Wecker - THE Lawyer (Germany)

Florian Wecker traded the desk for the cellar to follow his passion and become a winemaker. He is the founder of the #QSTG project. As a lawyer he always had to develop balanced solutions. Today, all his energy is dedicated to making balanced wines - fine, elegant and organic. Acting as a mediator in the complex interaction between grapes, yeast and terroir, he creates an outstanding wine full of harmony. Today Florian has his own small winery jus naturae in the Mosel valley.

Stephane Monmouseau - The Investor (France)

Stephane Monmousseau has been an investment banker in Paris before he decided to fulfill his dream of becoming a winemaker. Today he is investing all his time and passion in making outstanding organic wines in South of France near Pézenas/Languedoc. He is running the winery Grange de Bouys with his wife Florence. They practice biodynamic viticulture, invest a lot of time in restoring the old traditional stone walls and experimenting with ancient grape varieties of the region.

Martin Sturm - The Journalist (Germany)

Martin Sturm worked as a journalist before following his passion for making wine. As a journalist he was always searching for stories and the truth behind it. Nowadays his organic wines are telling true stories about the Mittelrhein and its outstanding - sometimes underrated - terroir. Martin is doing organic viticulture and is one of the hidden champions of the region.
